Blue Cross Blue Shield
Advancing health equity through community-led care and programming
In partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield, we launched six new organizations in Philadelphia to address critical health challenges—including heart disease, food insecurity, and mental health. Led by local changemakers, each effort is rooted in community experience and designed to increase access, rebuild trust, and improve health outcomes in historically underserved neighborhoods.
