Eric and Damon met while growing a local business into a $15M national agency. After building the startup into an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, the pair set out to give other founders, nonprofits, and community leaders the same kind of catalytic support they wished they had had along the way. Launch Point Labs is what they built to make that support easier to find, faster to access, and grounded in the realities of doing the work.
