Blackwell HR is a people first HR firm in Wilmington trusted by businesses and nonprofits across the region for HR solutions, managed payroll, HR as a service, and outplacement. The work was excellent. The brand had not caught up to it. Launch Point Labs stepped in as Blackwell's outsourced brand and marketing team, leading a full rebrand, new messaging, a new website, and an ongoing rhythm of social and collateral. The brand started showing up the way the practice always had: confident, careful, and clearly in command. Blackwell was acquired soon after, a milestone we were proud to help set the stage for.
The Challenge
Clients across Delaware already trusted Blackwell. What the market saw, though, was an identity and a website that undersold the work. Service descriptions were inconsistent across channels, the site did not communicate the full offering, and there was no system holding the brand together. Growth was happening in spite of the marketing, not because of it.
