Case study overview

Friendship House

We refreshed the brand and rebuilt the website for a 30 year Delaware nonprofit, then stayed on as their ongoing creative partner.

Friendship House has stood alongside Delawareans facing homelessness for more than three decades, running transitional housing, empowerment centers, a clothing bank, and emergency financial assistance. The trust was there. The public presence was not catching up. Launch Point Labs partnered with Friendship House to refresh the identity, rebuild the website, and make it easier for neighbors, donors, and volunteers to find a way in. What started as a project became a creative partnership: we now operate as an extension of the team across social, campaigns, collateral, messaging, and storytelling, so a lean staff can keep its energy on the people and programs at the center of the mission.

The Challenge

Deep trust. A public presence ready for its next chapter.

After three decades of work, the organization's public face no longer matched the dignity of the programs behind it. The site did not welcome neighbors clearly, donors had to work to understand the mission, volunteers had no obvious next step, and the internal team had no creative bandwidth to fix it without slowing the work itself.

Brand clarity

An identity that holds the dignity, maturity, and humanity of the organization.

Clearer pathways

A site that helps people give, volunteer, learn, and connect with less friction.

Creative capacity

Steady production support so a lean team can stay focused on the mission.

Our Partnership Model

Started as a project. Grew into a partnership.

Launch Point Labs first came in to refresh the brand and rebuild the site. As the work landed, the partnership deepened into an ongoing creative function the staff could lean on year round.

Messaging and storytelling

Plain, human language that helps donors, volunteers, and partners understand the work quickly.

Engagement and fundraising assets

Calls to action and campaign content that turn community goodwill into time and dollars.

The Outcomes

A stronger public presence for a mission the community already believed in.

Friendship House now leads with a brand and a site that match the trust it has already earned. The partnership also gave the team a creative engine that runs in the background, so the mission keeps showing up clearly across the year.
