After 50 years as the Hispanic Family Center, the organization had grown past its original name. Its programs were already serving families from every background in the city. Funders were asking for clarity. Staff were holding the line on a brand that no longer fit. Launch Point Labs led the full rebrand. We listened first, to board, staff, partners, and the families themselves, and then built a new name, identity, voice, and funder ready story that honored five decades of trust and opened the door to the next fifty. Healthy Families and Communities launched with a unified brand across every program and over $100k in new grants tied directly to the new chapter.

Programs already served families well beyond the original community, but the brand was making the work harder to fund, harder to explain, and harder to scale.
