The challenge
Limen House opened in 1969, founded by St. Andrew's Church at a time when recovery resources in Wilmington were limited. Since then Limen has grown into a continuum of care that includes residential treatment, outpatient services, sober living, recovery outreach, and an alumni program. People seeking help, their families, and referral partners needed one clear place to understand those services and reach the right person.
